thicker skin?? I never said anything about a thicker skin. Stop projecting little fella and keep dancing.
In fact I would never want you to grow a thicker skin. You wouldn't be entertaining me and making the baby jesus cry by calling me that dirty slang for vaginas.

What the hell is the matter with you ? I know you didn't say anything about thick skin!! I said YOU need to grow thicker skin if you thought my post to you was jumping down your throat. Got it??
Geez, you need to practice what you preach about reading comprehension. At least be truthful when you make a comment about what someone else said to you.

This is starting to feel like foreplay in the 6th grade. Are you just trying to goad me into going out with you???
I have a strict rule about men. No men. Now either stop flirting with me or move along sir. (I figure if you can use my phraseology than I can go ahead and use yours.)

It's obvious you are either not capable of or unwilling to accept responsibility for you assininedness. I expected that from you. I shall pray for you (really I will) .

I realize that you believe Cinjin has wronged you, which I won't get into as it's not my fight, but do you realize that this is about as big of an insult you hurl at anyone, let alone a non-believer? Essentially, what you are saying is that you think that the person you will be praying for is such a horrible human being that you will petition your deity on their behalf to intervene in their life to turn them into something you find more agreeable, or at the very least, show them some mercy. It would have been less insulting and less condescending to simply have called him an "asshole."
Now, maybe you didn't intend it that way, but that is how it comes across.
Even if the open windows of science at first make us shiver after the cozy indoor warmth of traditional humanizing myths, in the end the fresh air brings vigor, and the great spaces have a splendor of their own - Bertrand Russell

If I were to say to someone "I pity you", I would be, and have been, considered condescending at best. But when someone says "I'll pray for you", in the sense that is intended here, that of addressing some perceived pitiable character flaw making that person inferior in some way, we're expected to be grateful.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist. This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair. Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second. That means there's a situation vacant.'

Maybe he meant, "I shall pray for you, not running in to me one day and kicking my ass for being such a nasty critter. (really I will) ." .....

Hello Tnmusician, I want to play a game

In 60 seconds you will burn in that stove you are in, you can try to pray for god, or you can leave the stove. Live or die, make your choice.
