a common german expression, and a very anoying one:

"Kann ich dir was sagen?"

meaning: "Can I tell you something?"

oftern coming during a conversation when someone disagrees with someone and starts their reply with this phrase, or used to start a conversation, or simply to add ones opinion to ones actions or opinion.

Very anoying, I oftern simply reply: No!

If you want to tell me something, just fucking tell me already and dont ask for my permission! It`s a free country and I can only make the decision to listen or to not listen.

I strongly dislike expressions of anger, I often become quite timid around such.

People asking "how are you" as a greeting. Seriously don't ask that of me unless you are prepared for a half hour lecture on how my toes is not fully healed.

Waaazz-uuup?!
Woo-Ooo-Woo-Ooo (the Arsenio Hall "bark")
Isn't that special. (SNL)

Bud ... wise ... errrr. (Budweiser frogs)

99.9% of the time I just say 'fine', no matter how awful of a day it has been. It is annoying unless the person genuinely cares, and isn't just substituting out "what's up?" (Which is another anoyying phrase. How do you respond to that? With another what's up? Isn't it rhetorical?)
