AGAIN, if you insist on falsely accusing me of making gun death a "political" issue then make genocide a "political" issue with Jews who have a Holocaust museum in DC a "political issue".
It is not a "political issue".
Gun death OF ALL KINDS INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO mass shootings, IS A FUCKING EPIDEMIC and I doubt very seriously, you could convince any family member who had a kid die in that school, or any family member who has had another commit suicide, or family members of gang murders, I doubt you are going to convince them that it is a "political issue".
I am old enough to remember James Huberty who murdered a couple dozen in 1984, and then the guy at Lubies Cafeteria in TX, and the Metro train murders in NJ, and the Columbine, and Va Tec and Aurora Co, and now this.
BUT that also includes the needless gun deaths of Trevon Martin and just last week the white guy who murdered a black teen for playing his music too loud.
LET ME REPEAT, yes I am using this school shooting AS AN EXAMPLE and will continue to use it to bring attention to the need to reduce ALL TYPES OF GUN DEATH.
You will will not be able to convince me, much less any family member who has suffered a loss due to a gun death OF ANY KIND that we as a collective society should not do anything.
REMEMBER by this time tomorrow 32 more people in the United States will DIE due to use of a gun.
