Wow never thought of that one. Hmmm maybe, and this is just a thought, you could do both? You know diet and exercise. But i'm sure controlling a diet may to difficult and to hard for some people. Hmm maybe that has something to do with the weight. Just maybe.
Haha, touche. I actually am only so so about my diet. For me it's easier to exercise. I also would suffer if I had to live on 2000 calories. I burn way more than that.

Godspeed, there's nothing worse than being out of shape, especially when it comes to fitness which as you know is important for your mental wellbeing, as well as the physical benefits - you feel better, you have more energy, you get sick less often, etc.

I don't use a treadmill because it can be harsh on the knees, i use the cross trainer at the gym and because its a modern gym with all new equipment it's ultra smooth.
I've got to the point where i can run at a fairly high speed for an hour non stop but by that point my right foot goes numb, which I've heard is a common problem which I'm not too worried about.
If you aren't a muslim, i can't tell whether you are or not, but if you aren't I recommend you listen to loud aggressive music, something from the rocky soundtrack or rap music that involves pimpin hoes and beatin niggas down.
Are you ready for the fire? We are firemen. WE ARE FIREMEN! The heat doesn’t bother us. We live in the heat. We train in the heat. It tells us that we’re ready, we’re at home, we’re where we’re supposed to be. Flames don’t intimidate us. What do we do? We control the flame. We control them. We move the flames where we want to. And then we extinguish them.
Impersonation is treason.

As for "Good and Bad" whatever I would just say that for the novice body builder getting enough exercise at this stage is what is important Gil...not everyone is up to YOUR Awesomeness.

I usually don't agree with Gilgamesh, but he's definitely right on this one...you gotta eat. With enough cardio and lifting the weight will drop off naturally without having to go on a radical diet...

Proper vitamin intake and you should be all good. If you want get it off faster try intermittent fasting. The hodgetwins have some quick info on that. They are on youtube. This is my diet and it is awesome. Lots of energy and healthier mentality if you exercise the diet need to be changed up a little good luck There are good fats and good carbs, bro. If you want to gain mass, you're gonna' want/have to eat carbs/fats.
I know this. I never said you didn't i said if you exercise you need a change up in the diet but the goal i thought was to lose weight? Muscle can be broken down as well especially in cardio diets. You don't do cardio and take in less to put on gains. Your body can and will eat muscle. He was wanting to lose weight so gave a diet that worked for me, my friends, bodybuilders, and many others. He was already doing cardio and working out so why would i tell someone to do something they were already doing?!

Just found it insulting man. Of course exercise do what works for you but i was just giving some diet advice that has had wonderful results and fast. He said he was working out so there was no need for me to make a statement on it really. Not trying to cause friction just giving my advice on diet is all.

Dead wrong. The actions of a finite being measured against an infinite one are infinitesimal and therefore merit infinitesimal punishment.

I say again: No exceptions. Punishment should be equal to the crime, not in excess of it. As soon as the punishment is greater than the crime, the punisher is in the wrong.
