I really liked Stephen's analogy at the end about the criminal.

How did the votes get counted so fast and does it seem fair that the votes "after" were collected before the final statements were given?

A question of perspective I think clearly Evie. I thought the Bish was spot on and nailed the whole thing with his closing statement. Hitchens was playing the class clown and Fry was ok, if a little over zealous with the sex angle. Widdecome I didn't rate too highly although her points weren't countered by the opposition. Unforgivable given the vast majority that there is.

What points did Widdecome make? All she did was complain about the points the opposition made and did nothing to address them.

I must say I missed that part the twice I watched it.

I haven't seen this full length version yet though :S I thought the other version was full length! I have no idea how they edit stuff out without it seeming all messed up to me.
