Hmm so are you saying that the possibilities for future endeavors are finite and limited, therefore measureable?
I like you. Hope you're still around!
If I were to create self aware beings knowing fully what they would do in their lifetimes, I sure wouldn't create a HELL for the majority of them to live in infinitely! That's not Love, that's sadistic. Therefore a truly loving god does not exist!
Quote:The sin is against an infinite being (God) unforgiven infinitely, therefore the punishment is infinite.
Dead wrong. The actions of a finite being measured against an infinite one are infinitesimal and therefore merit infinitesimal punishment.

I say again: No exceptions. Punishment should be equal to the crime, not in excess of it. As soon as the punishment is greater than the crime, the punisher is in the wrong.

Hmm, how's that so?

Strict buddhists don't eat meat. I think they believe if you eat meat you'll reincarnate as the animal and get eaten and that would atone for you eating meat. do you eat meat? I'm always happy to find a fellow vegetarian.
Youtube guesses your searches not only because of your browser cache, but also because of a general observed trend. Human biengs have many things in common.
Yeah, im a vegetarian too. But its due to a different reason, the fact that 90% of energy is wasted while travelling from plants to animals, and also the belief that they're living biengs too. we usually eat those parts of the plants which were supposed to be eaten anyway.

Wow, that's hardcore.
My dad raises beef cattle. One of my brother's friends was in the Peace Corp and was stationed in Nepal. He got married to a local woman and brought her back to Texas.
Dad took them down to the pastures and the Nepalanese woman said, "One man owns all these cows?"
My dad said, "Yep. See anybody you recognize?"
ha That's dad all right. Funny bastard.

Why don't they eat carrots and onions?

I assume because with those plants the part you eat is the root part. You have to kill the plant.
If you take an apple off an apple tree or a tomato off a tomato plant the plant isn't killed.
