I am well aware of the bad things about it. Yet, I still have to deal with it. Make this thread be about ways to dissolve hatred-

Shit man, it is not easy. Anger I hold in. Hatred, I stop caring about the person. I disregard all that has ever happened with them and from then on I interact with them as minimally as possible. I don't even waste time being angry at them, I reach a point where they just easily cease to matter. Once I get to this stage, I don't remember turning back or forgiving anyone.
Nope. I may occasionally be quick to anger, but I lose it just as fast. There's never time for hatred to develop. If someone gets on my nerves that badly, I don't allow it to become frequent.
