If you get rid of the Old Testament the New Testament and Jesus does become a bit redundant. Also you lose all the prophecy concerning the Jewish Messiah. And there's the ten commandments Christians still generally love all that stuff.

Wild bananas contain seeds so they're fruit the ones we eat are a mutated seedless variety. They fit right in the hand.

That analogy can be used for the male genitalia as well. I suppose that is why Priests are always trying to fit it into god's creation: the hand wraps gently around it just like the banana, and it fits snug in the rectum.

That's a good thing, though maybe they should read the bible more. Still if they don't believe in the god of the old testament then what are they being saved from, and why the ten commandments.

I don't think even half of them know the answer. They just like what sounds good, and a paradasaical afterlife is about the best the could hope for.
