I use salt.
Sometimes, coarse salt, sometimes fine salt, but that's it.
I prefer the actual flavor of food over the flavor of sauces and other pre-processed crap.

Sometimes, mostly on boiled fish and veggies, I use olive oil, the greener, the better... yellow olive oil is not from olives Tongue

I want to hunt down some okonomiyaki sauce. That looks like that could be good on other things besides okonomiyaki.

Just make it yourself, c! Three parts ketchup, one part soy sauce, one part Worcestershire sauce, one part dijon mustard, a little rice wine vinegar. You can either just mix it up, or bring it to a boil and let it simmer to reduce it.

Here in the southern USA, we love our ketchup. Salt and pepper are good too. My dad likes to mix some mustard, ketchup, and maybe something else to make something special to dip his food into. Some nice A1 steak sauce is good too. I like mayonnaise on egg sandwiches, as well as ham/turkey sandwiches. I don't care much for mustard. I like ranch or french salad dressing on my salads.

Anybody ever have olive oil ice cream? Sounds very good (although my system takes to froyo better).

Am I the only one who hates ketchup? Don't put that shit on my burger, seriously. As an ingredient to make something that isn't nasty, it's great, but not as a condiment.

I generally don't like putting condiments on my food - especially saucey ones, they get everywhere and on everything, including things that shouldn't have sauce on them.

Ketchup on fries and burgers (but only if the burger meat isn't seasoned), mustard on corn dogs, soy or teriyaki sauce on rice, and I have a recipe for peanut ginger chicken with a heavenly peanut sauce but mostly I like a sprinkle of salt.

I have an aversion to mayo stemming from my childhood when my babysitter would force me to eat tuna fish sandwiches slathered in mayo (to this day I gag when presented with mayo or even smell any canned meat) so mayo is out.

I would like to try sriracha but have always been concerned that it's really hot. Next time I'm at a bento place I shall endeavor to try it.
