Although far more feasible now than when first proposed in the late 70s, orbiting solar power satellites still look to be 'somewhat' unfeasible now, but maybe not to much further into the future.

I'm of the opinion hydrogen fusion is going to remain unfeasible for very, very much longer. (I do note, detonating a large hydrogen bomb, at extreme depths, and then utilizing the resulting contained heat to boil water and spin a turbine might be 'practical', from a strictly engineering stand point, but will remain unrealized from sociological constraints)

One of the commandments is that the people shouldn't eat shellfish. That doesn't make sense for a bunch of desert goat ropers since they wouldn't have access to shrimp and lobster. It could have been an economic sanction against the Tyre fishermen as a punishment for their king's action of collaborating with the enemy.

Plus, Christ said that he will come back pretty soon, he did not, so can we agree that that is a failed prophecy ?

Surely this is just fitting non-descriptive, vague ancient writings that could in no way predict (aside blind luck) the context of future generations?

Nobody here takes stock of the bible and its 'prophecies' GC, you should know that.,

Besides, I can't remember seeing in the bible where it gives us a viable, long term energy course beyond fossil fuels, or indeed the methodology to master fusion power etc.

It's such nonsense. Because a timeframe is undefined they can claim that effectively any time will fulfill it. Like that somehow adds legitimacy to such a bogus and irrelevant nonsensical piece of fiction.

Just redefine words or reinterpret meanings and keep doing it until you've pulled the wool over peoples eyes or succeeded in making such a gish-gallop of rebuttals that nobody knows where they stand any more.

Better answer would be that he had too much of that wine he made, because of that he made some promises he could not keep ( but that would be to rational for them ).
