Once the stuff becomes legal across the board, you should start an 'Area 420' in the forums. That way I could send a 'sample' to all of the members who qualify

As far as housekeeping goes...
I use an autoclave to keep things copacetic. Furthermore, I have found no significant data to suggest that my breeding and propagation techniques have enabled mutation in metabolism nor in the final genetic structure of my plants.
ETA: Rosemary oil works as well on spider mites but it also decreases the effective potency of the finished product by an average of 30%! That, and your smoke tastes like spaghetti sauce.

Okay.....you have mites. Have you ever considered biological controls? If you have the cash I'll could lend you my license......it's good fun to watch, if you have a good loop or microscope.
With regards to the cost...once you have a colony of predators it's pretty much free. Don't buy organic shit, it's a ripoff. You can make your own.
I have to ask...has it ever occurred to you that your handling techniques and indoor area preclude infestation? The oil may be unnecessary ( a correlative non-contributor). What other houseplants do you keep...and where did they come from?

But wouldn't you know it...? The damn things are on the freakin air here where I live, and so contamination control is very difficult with regard to these lil guys.

Hahaha, nah, no hate in me. I make my living digging holes and dropping green shit into them as well. I used to work the whole 9-5 bit....hated it. Having much more fun now, making more money too, after you account for expenses.
Mantids are boss. All you need to do now is start an asian gambling ring - it's perfect, you could be a veritable crime lord (and crime lords need triggermen - want my cv?).
With regards to the mites. Presence is not infestation, if you have favorable trifoliates then there's no need to apply the oil (and plenty of reason not to).
