Flower of life

I am a science student and I try to find answers to everything and give a reasonable answers if not exact. The flower of life is said to give answers to all question. Everything we know until now and future inventions its all there.?
I know that there are long discussion in many forum about it. But what I wanted to know is how come old temples even in my country(Nepal) there are patterns of flower of life(complex patterns). If our ancestors were so educated(since it requires quantum mechanics, different theories and calculation to understand) they should have been able invented nuclear power plants/microprocessor,electricity etc many years before. Instead lived in a pyramid?
Anyway my friend ask me to give a reasonable answer why is there patterns of flower of life from such a old era? I can't say its bullshit because it actually contains all the geometric shapes and other possible explanation of life.
Any reply would be hugely appreciated.
Thank you!

New age woo bullshit. Simple geometric patterns do not require knowledge of quantum mechanics nor do they give rise to specific knowledge. There is no inherent meaning in a group of overlapping circles. Any meaning associated with the flower of life was put there by humans.

Welcome.
First off, let's not discount the very obvious.
They liked the look of flowers and the harmony with nature it represents.
Maybe that's all it is... In those days, people were alot closer to nature.

Never mind the fact that they didn't have the knowledge to build modern devices; they lacked the ability (say, for instance, no sparators to enrich uranium, no titanium for the critical parts of a supersonic airplane, and so on) to do so.
But as Cato wrote, this is nonsense.

I too think that this is BS. They are just patterns which is now being studied in 21st century. Playing with numbers thats all.Probability and randomness. But they found this in so many factors that astonished me. From human body, cell organelles to astronomy etc.
I really hope that we could soon find the answer to the vastness of the universe and everything would be clear.

It's amazing what people can find when they go out looking, even if it isn't there, sometimes especially when it isn't there. I'm in the opposite camp. I'd be disappointed if the cosmos gave up her mysteries all at once and forever.

I have never heard of a "Flower Of Life" .that's a new one on me. I did have a good look at a poppy the other day when I was out for a nice walk and was impressed by it's symmetry and beauty. Evolution PLC really makes outstanding products .
It's not immoral to eat meat, abort a fetus or love someone of the same sex...I think that about covers it
