People who don't say 'thank you' when open a door for them. I didn't have to do that for you, you know. I'd even take a little nod of the head or a smile, some indication that you are grateful or appreciate the act.

Yes, that's right. When you stop at a crossing to let people across, it's nice to get a nod or something.
