Who is the biggest sinner?

I like when people attribute the crimes of "god" to known dictators and the religious get all up in arms. When it's mentioned that no, this is what their deity did according to the OT the mental gymnastics they perform to justify it is incredible.

He is bad he is evil and even the most evil human out there would accept an apology god wont because well he cant...
