The internet assumes often that the person on the other side of the screen is a male, it is a slightly sexist thought due to many factors, namely that (1) Men are more attracted to technology and computers (2) Men are better English speakers (non natives) - At least in my country evidence has been shown and it's partly due to a higher number of English sources and child products marketed towards boys (3) In this case, atheism is widely associated with white males like Dawkins so it's harder to think of a female atheist - When I came here I assumed everybody was a male

I was just exposing some psychological subconscious assumptions many males make. I didn't say everyone did it. I too assumed for the username - And I never assumed Rexbecca was a man because of the username + picture
