I will have to put down the grammar nazi hammer and pick up this... used one with a bow on it in the staff lounge. Napo clearly put it to good use.

But mostly it's just admin. Admin admin admin. I interact as a moderator probably less than 10% of my time being on the forum, and of that 10% 90% is back room house tidying, like it is for most of the staff I would reckon.
