I never saw the US version, I just assumed they had the same characters but there's no Justin in the UK version 
Wonder if it has the same story though. Vince was the geeky supermarket guy in unrequited love (ish) with his much more confident best friend, Stuart, Alexander was the camp one, and Nathan was the young one.
