Actually, that's not entirely true. The terms 'microevolution' and 'macroevolution' were originally used by evolutionary biologists to describe the evolution of a species as compared to an ancestor species ('microevolution'), and as compared to an extant species with which it shares a common ancestor ('macroevolution').
Creationists have hi-jacked and twisted the definitions, but they are nonetheless scientifically valid terms.

Noah, eh?
600 year old man
"Genesis 9:28-29 (King James Version)
28And Noah lived after the flood three hundred and fifty years.
29And all the days of Noah were nine hundred and fifty years: and he died."
Builds largest wooden ship ever
" The length of the ark [shall be] three hundred cubits, the breadth of it fifty cubits, and the height of it thirty cubits (Genesis 6:13 - 16)"
Fills ship with two of every animal
" And of every living thing of all flesh, two of every sort shalt thou bring into the ark, to keep them alive with thee; they shall be male and female." (Genesis 6:19)
"of every clean beast thou shalt take to thee by sevens, the male and his female: and of beasts that are not clean by two, the male and his female. (Genesis 7:2)
Sails around for 150 days and came to rest on the mountains of Ararat (Genesis 8:4) and then he and his three sons repopulated the earth
" And God blessed Noah and his sons, and said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth. (Genesis 9:1) "
I really don't see what's so unbelievable about this story?
