What the fuck now, Randy?
Stick fingers in ears, deny everything, strawman, accuse of lying. Lunch with Betty at 10:30.

I directed my question to three specific individuals; You were not one of them.
I have read your posts about your wife, and out of respect for the situation, I will not comment further upon them.
You may continue to goad me, but there will be no fight about that from me.

He's the one doing the goading?
This "look how serene I am compared to the angry atheists" act doesn't make any sense when you're having to intentionally provoke the angry reactions yourself
“The larger the group, the more toxic, the more of your beauty as an individual you have to surrender for the sake of group thought. And when you suspend your individual beauty you also give up a lot of your humanity. You will do things in the name of a group that you would never do on your own. Injuring, hurting, killing, drinking are all part of it, because you've lost your identity, because you now owe your allegiance to this thing that's bigger than you are and that controls you.” - George Carlin

As for what I reported from my life-threatening situations, those are my experiences. Whether or not you believe them doesn't matter to me. But pray tell, how many foxholes have you been in? How many tight corners? How many times have you looked death in the face?
And most importantly, why would you assume that your response would be shared by everyone else, including atheists?
You cannot speak for me or millions of others, and I'd suggest to you that the wise course is to stick to blathering about your own superstition, and at the same time avoid imputing it to those whose experiences you do not know.
Would you be willing to testify under oath - and I remind you of the penalties for perjury - that what you wrote previously was the truth?
Of course, you little twat. Some of us hold values such as honor and integrity.
Also, lol at your channeling Perry Mason. You must take yourself terribly seriously.

If you were called before a congressional committee investigating problems in the Veterans Adminstration, would you be willing to testify under oath to what you wrote?
I would.
"There remain four irreducible objections to religious faith: that it wholly misrepresents the origins of man and the cosmos, that because of this original error it manages to combine the maximum servility with the maximum of solipsism, that it is both the result and the cause of dangerous sexual repression, and that it is ultimately grounded on wish-thinking." ~Christopher Hitchens, god is not Great

So basically you're attempting to engineer a situation where people back down from disagreeing with you in an official context, but those who might prove you wrong don't count.

Where was this concern about respecting my wife and I when you were speaking for us despite having no right to do so? Where's the respect, when you're continuing to do just that, only without the decency to even address my criticisms head on? And for that matter, I guess the veterans here don't get the same respect, given your repeated commentary on their pasts? Cthulhu doesn't get it, despite having a similar story to mine?
You are goading us, Randy. You're goading us all, and have been from your first glib, self serving lie. Pretending you aren't won't make you look like this genteel, rational person stepping aside and allowing the angry atheists to be angry, it makes you look smug and dishonest; you threw the first punch, then continued throwing them. You don't then get to assert that you won't fight, because you're better than that.

Can't speak about you of course, but in my case, being goaded requires some form of respect for the one attempting it. A walking talking flipflop joke isn't up to the goading job.

At no time during either ordeal did I even give a single thought to "God".
This caricature of atheists that you've constructed isn't even amusing, it's insulting.
Are you suggesting that I should believe your personal testimony concerning what you experienced and reported in your written account above?
Is this something you would be willing to testify to under oath in a court of law? And your eye-witness, Kitty?
You bet I would. As for Kitty, that's for her to answer, the same goes for my mother and (very Christian) ex wife (none of which could testify as to my thoughts, of course).

Thank you, gentlemen. That's excellent.
Now, if you were threatened by the government for your testimony...maybe with imprisonment or worse. Your family might be threatened or you might just meet with an accident or disappear.
Would you ever deny the truth of your personal experiences about which you wrote previously?
And how would you react to anyone who said you were lying in those posts?
