I don't undestand. What do you mean by that? Was I wrong in pointing these things out?

What's that supposed to mean? No, really: what does tubing mean?

Just did. They're not saying anything that I don't already know or agree with.
As for Dawkins, I'm surprised of his great delivery. Usually I can't understand a word of what British people say because of their funny way of speaking but I understood everything that Dawkins said.

Heard about them all except Dennet.
I watch Dawkins off and on because he tends to present what he has to say in an amusing manner. Never read anything from any of them except Harris' essays and don't like him very much based on what he has to say. In short, none of them is any kind of role model for me. Atheism isn't my defining feature anyway. For me it's just what it says, the absence of belief. If I were to describe myself, atheism would come in last.

People do make mistakes. Not allowing them to correct them before beating them over the head about it is kind of unnecessary, I think. But that's just plain old crazy me.
Oh for fuck sake dude, do you have to be a condescending asshole every time you interact with a moderator? They're just doing their damn job, they treat you the same way every other person who breaks the rules is treated. Get over yourself, honestly. Every post I see you make you're just being a condescending douche all the time.

Agreed, a simple response to the mod comment about no videos without comments would be "yeh, ok no problem - didn't realise".
Someone told me the very same thing a while back and I didn't have to start a fucking discussion on the morals and rules of the forum. Just let it lie and get on with your topic for fucks sake.

Your bullying me won't make me do anything, thankfully. I think I raised some pretty good questions about forum ethics and the enforcement of rules. Either adress any particular point, or abstain from writing at all, please. Your needlessly pointy remarks are a bit over the top.

Bullying? Are you fucking kidding me? And you have the audacity to say I'm being over the top?
You really over-estimate the value of your own opinions, and intelligence it seems. You've literally just got here, and I've seen you making multiple threads and posts criticizing the way this forum is run and the entirety of the staff team who work damn hard to make this place what it is. When anyone points out any problems with your thinking, you go full on condescending wanker and act like we should all pay attention to you because you're sooo much more intelligent and informed than anyone else. You're clearly incapable of taking criticism, when a moderator points out that you made a small mistake you get all defensive and basically insult the intelligence of that moderator. What kind of dickhead does that?
You know what makes me laugh the most? You're criticizing a lot of things with close to 0 understanding or experience of what the rules actually are in the first place. You certainly haven't been here long enough to see the rules in practice. Usually when people enter a new social situation the last thing they do is attempt to (rather poorly in your case) criticize everything about the people who've organised it, and who maintain it. You just got here. You might have some suggestions that are cool, or make sense. But just because others might disagree doesn't give you licence to throw your toys out your pram and speak to them like shit.
You probably think I'm speaking to you like shit now, and that's because I am. But that's only because of the massive amount of disrespect you seem eager to show to other people here. Many of your suggestions just flat out suck, you're not as clever as you seem to think you are and frankly I think you need a wake up call and to stop being such a douche and show just a touch of humility.

I'm a fan of Harris', but I much prefer to watch him debate rather than speak. He's a little more lively in a debate, where he often showcases his humor. In a discussion, he tends to drone on and he loses me. I never had that problem with Hitch or Dawkins. More so, Hitch.
I can't remember where this verse is from, I think it got removed from canon:
"I don't hang around with mostly men because I'm gay. It's because men are better than women. Better trained, better equipped...better. Just better! I'm not gay."
For context, this is the previous verse:
"Hi Jesus" -robvalue

I've got two words for you: Terrence Fletcher.
Sometimes we need one.
Might've overdone it though, wherefore I apologize.

Actually, Harris never loses me. That's the only thing I 'disagree' about, on the face of it.
Glad you are. Read The End Of Faith, did you? I, for one, thought it was a marvelous read.
