The Case for Atheism
RE: The Case for Atheism
Why I think ebg is retarded:
He/she doesn't know the difference between their and they're.
He/she can't spell atheism right when he claims to be a specialist on the subject.
He/she begins sentences with a conjunction, then gives others presupposed criticism based on his/her non-existent knowledge of peoples' education.
He/she can't spell practice.
He/she throws out unsubstantiated claims about atheistic practices.

Just out of curiosity: what do you consider 'perverted sexual acts'?
If I were to create self aware beings knowing fully what they would do in their lifetimes, I sure wouldn't create a HELL for the majority of them to live in infinitely! That's not Love, that's sadistic. Therefore a truly loving god does not exist!

Quote:The sin is against an infinite being (God) unforgiven infinitely, therefore the punishment is infinite.

Dead wrong.  The actions of a finite being measured against an infinite one are infinitesimal and therefore merit infinitesimal punishment.

Quote:Some people deserve hell.

I say again:  No exceptions.  Punishment should be equal to the crime, not in excess of it.  As soon as the punishment is greater than the crime, the punisher is in the wrong.

Or, the practiced devil worshiping or maybe voodoo, and are doing perverted weird things in their cerimonies. As I always say...most atheist want attention..or feel powerless in their lifes

Those ceremonies are overrated, the after-parties are where it's at.

Secondary question: Are you saying devil worshipers and voodoo practice is in any way related to atheism?

That would explain a lot Tongue

Atheist don't want religion because they feel guilty. They don't want anything to interfer with all the bad stuff their doing in their life. I keep saying mostly its an attention getter. They feel insignificant in society so somehow going against the norm makes them feel important.

RE: The Case for Atheism
I was an innocent washed in blood lamb-nun when I listened hard enough for god and heard nothing but myself. I was constantly on the edge of death, so I had to be righteous in the eyes of the lord, and had quite the obsession with being forgiven of my sins every five minutes. I then waited four years in blind faith for any sort of measly sign that he was up there, to no avail. So you're barking up the wrong tree. There's no guilt anywhere near my de-conversion. I opened my eyes because there was only dark nothingness to be found.

Why are you here? What do you get out of 'baiting' atheists with false judgments and sweeping generalizations?
