It only doesn't add up when you're a shitty person shitty at math with double standards.

If they met the testosterone levels for mid-distance running (which they don't), they'd be allowed to compete the same as anyone else that identifies as female (They are still qualified for short distance running). Either you think we shouldn't allow anyone with a natural advantage over women into the events OR you are just anti-LGBT. Given that you identify as religious it's pretty safe to say you're merely the latter, and don't care about 'advantages' and only care about singling out trans athletes who have met the requirements to remove any such advantage they had.
"Tradition" is just a word people use to make themselves feel better about being an asshole.

Slapdash rules, really, between events. Hubbard might not qualify to run the middle races either, but those runners may qualify to compete in lifting.

Apparently, either set of competitors have options to reduce their numbers.

They could make sense.

It is about testosterone, and how long one has to have to "female levels" in order to not give an unfair advantage. In the "natural" case, that woman was in fact genetically a man.

There is a battle between "human rights" in letting transgender (or hermaphrodite) athletes compete, and basic fairness of the sport. I don't know why political wings line up behind one side or the other, but both are important.

No, that's not true.

Yes, the OP is suggesting that "natural" is good, while trans is "unnatural" and therefore not good.  That is bigotry, but there is a real question about fairness in sport here.

Until the Semenya issue, the natural variation of human beings were celebrated in sport.  If someone is a natural super-person, we all want to cheer.  But, we know that testosterone is literally a magical "give me better performance" one-stop shop for strength and endurance sports.  Semenya is a genetic male, and a hermaphrodite.  It is impossible, without testosterone doping, for other women to compete with her, given the same amount of training.  So, the sport, decided she had to reduce her testosterone level.  Now, there is a question of whether her body can even fully use her higher testosterone.  It's a messy issue, and it may change in the future.

As for the trans, they built muscle during a male period in their lives, which they partially retain after transition.  Some people consider this unfair.  However, various sports can determine how long it takes for a reduction of testosterone to remove the previous advantages at the highest level of sport (it could be different at lower levels).  As long as this is evidence-based and not political, I think it is great to be able to include trans athletes.
