As has been pointed out, these are not even actually the 10 commandments anyway. The real ones are even less relevant.
And has there been even a SINGLE instance of US Christians advocating for a public display of the subset of the 10 Commandments their Jesus guy said really mattered ??
Jesus was asked which ones to obey, and He FAILED to list all 10. So why are we, 2000 years later, even talking about the 10 Commandments ???
Serious question there, is there a real theist anywhere with an explanation of how Christ managed to fuck up the that question, and why all modern era Christians know better than Christ about the 10 commandments ????
It occurs to me a coherent answer to this won't be forthcoming, but if there is, I might find myself converted . . .
