Because following that rule means waiting at least 18 years before being able to marry and if you don't wish to marry then that would mean no sex at all. So obviously we are going to have a problem with that rule. Sex is perfectly fine to have as many times as you like as longs as you are responsible and use protection when recommended.
A life without sex would be very boring. I love wrestling with girls, and letting them pin me down. I love it when they use my face as a seat. Why wait to be married which costs a bundle just to have a little intimate fun?
So, that's why I have a problem following that rule.
