Holy crap I just looked at the Amazon Books.
The most expensive is $40.99 (paperback), for 324 pages. Compare that with the first Harry Potter book, which has 309 pages, but only costs $6.29 in paperback. Now I realize that you probably have more overhead, but are you really asking parents to fork out over $40 for a single children's book???
Your other books are on Amazon for $30.95 and $32.99, which is cheaper, but I presume that's because they are slightly shorter. Weirdly, your Kindle prices are very similar (in the $21-23 range), but that's still ridiculously expensive for a digital eBook which has literally no overhead other than the percentage you give Amazon for hosting it (my wife is an author so I know about Amazon eBook rates...they are not that high).
Honestly, those prices tell me that you are either greedy or desperate, and neither are going to help you out in the long run. Put the prices down, because although you'll get less per book, you are bound to sell more books and make more of a profit overall.
