No argument to be had. The majority 5 were correct,. Only a childish xenophobic asshole would object to the concept of equal protection under the law. The same bigoted doomsday arguments were made against women wanting the right to vote. Same arguments were made to defend segregation and bans on interracial marriage. Bigotry is not an argument.
