Whilst the forum software does have the ability to assign moderators to particular forums, we have never used that feature. I think staff work better when they have open scope, so all our moderators are "global moderators". The administrators have a similar role to moderators; we do all the same stuff such as discussing / voting on rule violations and handing out punishments, however we also have access to the settings for the entire forum, so an administrator can change all sorts of things behind the scenes which the moderators can't. Additionally, both myself and Synackaon have server access and look after that.

Does AF have some sort of "president?" Lol.
I'm technically the owner since the domain is registered to myself, and I pay for hosting (when donations don't cover it), etc. However realistically I have no more power that any of the other administrators when it comes to forum related matters.
