Thanks...
Not noticing any physiological/mental need to smoke so far, so I guess it's always been about a conscious appeal rather than a mindless addiction with me.
I've been smoking for a few years now and while I was living in Vienna for a month, when I was a minor, I couldn't buy cigarettes so I just didn't smoke altogether. That's the longest I haven't smoked, ever, after taking it up. But right when I was crossing the border back to my country I had this thought that I should smoke again, what's the harm in one cigarette, after all? So that right there is the whole problem. You have one and then you just forget about it and end up smoking one after another again. You guys should just try and avoid consciously (stupidly I might add) taking even one drag - if you're like me, that is.
Good luck.
Also, even if you do feel a need to smoke, just wait - it will pass. Your own mind is playing tricks on you. Before long you won't even think about it and you'll be a normal non-smoker.
