People in Philippines, who nail themselves to crosses on Easter also hurt no-one, but themselves.
In this woman's case - most of the emotional damage she might have caused herself, because of her religious beliefs probably happened long time ago. Sexuality is an important part of human life, completely denying yourself that is not healthy.
Shame - she's kinda hot... for a crazy spinster.
