Sure
We've described 'God', 'miracles', and 'magic', therefore they are things (that we know about). Maybe we've never seen them before... but they are as much a thing to me as China. There could also possibly be things that we do not know about (ie: the 'New World' before its discovery).

It must be noted, Evie: concepts exist.
The solipsists, for all of their flaws about the self being the only knowable thing, are at least correct when they note that all can easily be a delusion of the mind, that even their own existence is known because of a concept (of self).
