I'm implying and saying that sluggish economic growth beats the hell out of a collapsing economy and the prospect of another Great Depression. I'm still waiting for you to explain why you feel we're in a bigger mess now than what the Republicans made.

A sluggish fragile economy and a nearly 10% national unemployment rate is hardly a confidence builder for the current administration and the Democrats. Prior to, and after being elected as president, Obama campaigned on "Shovel Ready" jobs...but now, in the New York Times, Obama admitted that there is no such thing as shovel ready jobs...

During his first year as president, Obama and the Democrats put their efforts into passing health care reform instead of focusing on the nations immediate problems, jobs and the economy, (The Labor Dept. just reported that 457,000 new jobless claims were filed last week). This is what made voters angry. This is why the nation woke up on November 3rd to a Republican conservative take over. We want jobs and a stable economy, not intrusive government health care refom. Voters just don't trust the liberal Democrats. Obama and the Democrats are out spending Bush.
