There are times... when I feel like I just need to smoke so bad.
The other day when I was driving it occurred to me to check the ashtray in my truck. It was clean and empty except for a partially smoked Camel. No idea how long it had been there. In the past, I probably would have been tempted to fire that bad boy up.
I tossed it in the garbage. Yay, me.
Keep up the good work and look around for those temptations and get rid of them, remember you're giving yourself a great and worth gift.
