Well, this has been an interesting exercise.

Based on the comments received, I conclude one of the following must be true:

1. I have never posted a single "good point". (Not one? Ever? This is patently absurd.)
2. I have posted good points but they have gone over the heads of the respondents to this thread. (I think this may be true of many forum members.)
3. I have posted good points but no one is willing to publicly admit this in front of their friends here in the forum. (I think this is true of the majority.)

Or it points to an Ego as big as the moon, but still desperately in need of confirmation.

I mean, who does open a thread like that?
