I just saw the same article, too. It seems Obama has been adding private sector jobs steadily and did really well this last month. The only job losses have been in the public sector. Partly, this is because of the end of the census but public cutbacks played a role. Hence, when the Reps cut spending you can expect the problem to get worse.
