I think she is a person who is being worked over (by her own volition, she's still fully culpable) by the Liberty Counsel, the fucktards "representing" her. She probably would have given up weeks ago after her first injunction. But these people have her chasing after what they know is a lost cause, but keeps this shit in the news, keeps the religious right fuming, and keeps the donations rolling in (to them, not her.) I hope she doesn't go to jail, because that will get the idiots on the right claiming that people are going to jail for refusing to "participate" in gay marriage.
In reality it will be because she defied a federal judge's court order.
