If it were me, I'd just politely resign and not give all the reasons. I'm not sure how close you are to some of the other GS parents and how much interaction you have with them outside GS. And how much interaction your child will have with the other GS and their parents. You know how people talk/gossip. Just a suggestion. I don't like burning bridges.
I've already resigned. I've just said my anxiety levels are too high to keep it up. My troop knows they changed the building meeting rules, making it VERY difficult for us to use that building, and that was the last straw for me.
