How do you all know, this Ahmed is legit? Does anyone know him person to person? Does any reputable NGO or other organisation vouch for him?
You know the old saying about a fool and his money.
I would never, never donate a single dime to something like that. Not because I don't care about the needy or people in peril, but because chances are, this money will be lining the pockets of some lowlife, who just saw the chance to jump the train of the fugitive crisis. If you really do care about what's happening in the Middle East right now and the hundreds of thousands of people fleeing the region, there are reputable NGOs accepting donations.
