I can get by on little sleep if I can wake up. Once I'm up, I'm up. The only thing I've tried is Zzz-quil for about a week, and that helped me fall asleep faster (not by much) but made waking up even harder. I haven't tried anything else though. Have you had any luck with any sleep aids?

I would suggest that you make an appt to see a physician in a few weeks. In the meantime you could try melatonin (do NOT start at 10mg) or Unisom OTC. Make certain you pick up Unisom tabs, the active ingredient is Doxylamine succinate. Other Unisom pills contain diphenhydramine, which is Benedryl
If those don't work, go visit the Doc and see what he comes up with along with your input.
