The Satanists are bringing this to Christian's attention by saying, "You put some of your shit there not caring what anyone thinks about it, then we can too." The correct stance is just to have none of this stuff on public ground, and to be just as against your own religion doing it. I feel confident that if the 10 commandments doesn't get placed, neither does the demon statue.
To prove a point about the blatant favouritism, can you imagine them ever allowing the demon statue to be placed somewhere in public on its own as the commandments have been?
