Some of the Christians here at AF have argued that anything like real, irrefutable evidence would somehow violate God's respect for our free will. Of course, it's just shameful bullshit designed to maintain the evil doctrine that faith is a virtue and to derail any conversation in which they're pressed to present good evidence.
In other words, God's salvation scheme, as some present it, is a game rigged in favor of the gullible, the mentally infirm, the emotionally needy, and those most likely to mind fuck themselves. Impressive.
