No woman who becomes pregnant by someone she oughtn't be pregnant by doesn't debate arguing immaculate conception, especially in the days where her punishment might have been stoning. I would suspect the father of Jesus (provided Jesus in fact existed) was some random dude who's name has been lost to time and Mary was a damn good liar.
Watch their heads explode.
A minor point, if you're going to use this on Christians.
The "Immaculate Conception" isn't the doctrine that Mary conceived Jesus by the Holy Spirit; it is the doctrine that Jesus could not have come into the world via a "sin-contaminated" vessel, so Mary had to be without sin-taint, and thus her own birth was miraculously a break from the sins we all inherited from Adam and Eve's Original Sin.
If you want a good laugh at the idea that Mary was impregnated miraculously, Google the video Sealab: 2021 "The Feast of Alvis".
A Christian told me: if you were saved you cant lose your salvation. you're sealed with the Holy Ghost
I replied: Can I refuse? Because I find the entire concept of vicarious blood sacrifice atonement to be morally abhorrent, the concept of holding flawed creatures permanently accountable for social misbehaviors and thought crimes to be morally abhorrent, and the concept of calling something "free" when it comes with the strings of subjugation and obedience perhaps the most morally abhorrent of all... and that's without even going into the history of justifying genocide, slavery, rape, misogyny, religious intolerance, and suppression of free speech which has been attributed by your own scriptures to your deity. I want a refund. I would burn happily rather than serve the monster you profess to love.
