Where do you stand on make up?

So ladies, if you wear it, who do you wear it for?  How much do you use, what sorts?  

I don't like the feel taste or smell of makeup. My husband likes the looks but not the taste of makeup. If I'm wearing it and we want to have sex, I take it off.

Back in the day when I worked in an office I wore it all: foundation; concealer; blush; lipstick and liner; eyeshadow and liner; eyebrow pencil; mascara. But the goal was not to look like I was wearing all that much. The goal was to look sophisticated. Evenings and weekends I didn't wear any.

Now days I wear lipstick when going out and more when going out on a special occasions. But since that my eyelids are all wrinkly and I wear glasses anyway, I never wear eyeshadow.

My current makeup experiences are usually helping the girls with their makeup for special occasions.
