I got this problem all the time. I normally don't listen to music all of the time, just catch some in the car or on TV.
The ones that get stuck are usually the last ones that I hear. They usually don't last more than an hour. But not always. If it's a new song or jingle that one will get stuck for awhile.
I have one that floats around in the background and and only shows itself when my brain is in neutral, board or doing a repetitive task. It's this:
