Not merely agreed with you on a point of debate,
but actually defended you?

Or does he prefer to let nice Catholic girls fight all his battles for him?

EDIT:  Oh wait, you probably don't need defending, since you don't draw a lot of personal attacks upon yourself.

Sorry, I should have realized that before I asked.

I don't remember if he has or not, but that doesn't matter. When I see someone getting ripped apart, my instinct is to say something. Regardless of who they are. 

(I've had plenty of attacks)

That's not really my point, though.

My point is that he is allowing you to fight his battles for him,
and I'm just wondering if he has ever shown you the same consideration

...I'm not suggesting that you only defend your fellow Theists,
or only defend those who return the favour.
I know that's not the case.

I'm saying that he is sullying his own honour by letting you do his dirty work for him,
which doesn't help the very case you are trying to defend:  his defendability.
