You are always going to get people trying to treat people unfairly, and that goes both ways with people treating white males unequally as well, however as a society I believe we have come to a point where everyone is given equal opportunity and chance. But we run the risk of going to far the other way by pushing this equality and fairness issue to far, to the point where positive discrimination of groups becomes the issue we face which isn't progress at all, it's a step back. As soon as people get over this idea of labelling and monitoring groups to make sure they are being treated equally then we will actually see equality.
