Really? Everywhere? Didin't I just see lots of media coverage recently where (somewhere, I forget where here in america) gays were lining up for marriage licences? And what exactly do you mean by "civil partnerships are homophobic".?

12% of the population. You said it yourself. Put 2 and 2 together. If white folk were 12%'ers then it would make sense that whites would on average be poorer than blacks.

I been doing what I do for a very long time. I'm damned good at what I do. Of course I get paid more than Frank who just started doing "the same job" for less money. I'm going to go out on a limb here and say I believe there exists many women who get paid more than their male counterparts doing the same job for the reasons listed above.
