I was in the grocery store the other day, and I am standing in line and shifting back and forth slightly, and waiting for my turn. I move to the side a quarter of a step and hit a shopping cart of some goof behind me. I turn around and look and he’s the only one behind me and there is plenty of room behind him, and gave him a sort of eyebrows raised type of look and turn around and shook my head. Seriously, personal space.. this happens so often to me.
I was in line at a buffet waiting to pay to get in, and of course, same scenario.. I have two halfwits that are supposed to be behind me, but are practically beside me half of the time or right on my ass the entire time. One of them has the need to keep peeking over my shoulder to check to see if the line has moved an inch in front of me, so he could move up. Of course, it makes no difference if I’m one inch away from the person in front of me or 3 feet, but I stay at least two feet back to give the other person space, but idiot doesn’t like that too much. At one point the long line moved a tad quicker, and I had about 6 feet in front of me for no more than half of a second, and the guy steps beside me and gestures with his arm like, “right this way”, (and mumbles something) but really means move the fuck up right now. I quickly move up and turn around and say, “That made a big difference didn’t it?” Meaning the 2-3 seconds it would have took me to just casually move up, had to be done in a quarter of second.
People are so impatient and have to be in your personal space.. WTF?!
What are some little things that people do that piss you off?
Anyone touching me without my permission will quickly forget about the slow advance of the line.
