We reviewed everything they have in the case files and they took a couple of sworn statements. They are not pursuing the homicide charge, only the CSC charges. They are drafting the indictment and will be formally filing sometime next week. It was surprisingly not as difficult as I envisioned in my head. Glad I went through with it. Wow, that's great news. I am sure God was with you, giving you strength, and I hope this whole ordeal just brings you even more closure.
Whether they pursue the homicide case or not, I don't think matters so much. So long as he get's put away where he cant hurt anyone else.
