No they shouldn't. The democratic party is having its share of contention too. That's evident in the in the rift between democrats of the supporters of Bernie Sanders and of Hillary Clinton, not to mention the rumors of Biden entering the race for that party's nomination. I would say that the establishment of the dnc is pushing for Clinton over Sanders while the establishment of the Republican Party is pushing for Bush over Trump. Both Trump and Sanders draw larger crowds at their events over their establishment supported counterparts because they address the concerns of their base. I think the base voters of both parties feel as though they're taken for granted and that they're not being listened to by their respective leadership.
