Anything can happen. And if REALLY big positive changes can't be made then maybe at least basic ones can. And if not that maybe just a FEW small ones.
Or if not that then maybe just some tiny ones. Everything counts! It all adds up. When something positive happens that can lead to more positive no matter how insignificant it is. As long as stuff is more positive than negative then even the tiny changes matter. Fine-tuning at all that jazz. Micromanagement matters as much as macromanagement, after all - I think Macro is made up of Micro isn't it?
Everything counts I say. You get enough small changes and that can make a big difference; you don't always need really big changes.
